Professional IT Consulting
Projects can be challenging; I’m here to lighten the load off your shoulders. I’m an honest and positive professional whose first priority is always the interests of my clients; providing capability, adaptability, and scalability. Since 2002, I’ve been working as PM in various IT organizations. Among them ING insurance, CITIBANK, Societe Generale and BNP PARIBAS who trusted me - so get in touch to start enjoying my IT services today.

I will prepare and lead your projects through according to best practices following PRINCE2, AGILE and ITIL methodology. I work as external partner in B2B model in Poland and Worldwide.  Take a look below at the services I offer and get in touch to achieve immediate results.
Project Preparation
In this phase we will work on gathering requirements and setup deliverables according to financial sponsorship requirements. We will keep focus on the final product consulting it with all impacted stockholders of the project.
Delivery
I will assist all the project stages assuring proper monitoring of resources. Delivering RAG statuses, risk charts and logs, budged analysis. My previous experiences will help to avoid mistakes and make the project cycle as smooth as possible.
